## Description

Krav Maga Evo is a self-defence school based in Istres, France, founded in 2014 under Combat Krav Maga International, led by Israeli expert Lior Offenbach. The club teaches a practical, direct approach to Krav Maga, built around natural movements and reflexes to support rapid learning. Its classes combine defensive techniques, realistic scenarios and training under stress, with group practice designed to help participants progress together in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Training is available for adults, teenagers and children at two Istres venues: Gymnase du Collège Alphonse Daudet and Gymnase Roland Cauché in Rassuen. Sessions also incorporate physical conditioning, including cardio, strength work and exercises to develop explosiveness, with activities adapted to different levels. Students should bring sports clothing; protective equipment is recommended, and the club can order gloves or other gear on request.

Instructor Déva André has practised Krav Maga since 1995 and is trained and certified through the lineage described by the club. Krav Maga Evo also offers a free trial session and information about events and training opportunities.
