About
Description
Korean Resource Center, also known as λ―Όμ‘±νκ΅(KRC), is a renowned non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, CA. Established in 1983, KRC is dedicated to supporting low-income residents facing social and economic hardships and empowering marginalized immigrant communities to bolster their political influence. At KRC, we spearhead grassroots movements that strive for a more just and compassionate American society, including the cultivation of young leaders, the promotion of Korean culture, and voter engagement initiatives.
By becoming a member of KRC, you can join us in making a tangible impact by assisting our struggling neighbors and effecting positive change in our local communities. KRC provides various life services, such as legal aid services like green card and citizenship assistance, healthcare insurance enrollment, and affordable housing resources, to residents experiencing societal and economic difficulties. Moreover, we actively combat inequality and discrimination through direct action.
We participate in protests, voter outreach campaigns, and resident-sponsored legislation efforts to actively address social issues. At KRC, we foster diverse multi-generational communities, from youth to seniors, and encourage everyone to participate directly in building a thriving and harmonious society. Join us and let's create a happy and prosperous community together
