## Description

Krewe da Cha Cha is a community-focused organization serving cancer survivors and people affected by breast cancer in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. Its mission is to share breast cancer information and bring women together in an environment of creativity, fun, and support. The organization also supports women and men facing breast cancer, recognizing survivors and celebrating the courage of those in treatment.

Krewe da Cha Cha offers practical and emotional assistance through monetary donations, gift cards, and comfort bags intended to ease some of the burdens of treatment. Its educational resources emphasize breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection. The organization raises funds through its annual “Bling a Pair to Save a Pair” gala, with proceeds benefiting breast cancer patients who live in Tangipahoa Parish. Open to the public, the event features food, a cash bar, music, and opportunities for individual and corporate sponsorship. Through education, direct support, and community events, Krewe da Cha Cha works to bring hope, encouragement, and connection to people affected by breast cancer.
