## Description

Krôčik vpred is a Slovak civic association founded by Zuzana and Michaela, two women living with multiple sclerosis. The organisation aims to improve the quality of life of people diagnosed with this incurable autoimmune disease and to help make daily life more manageable and fulfilling for those affected. Drawing on their personal experience, its founders bring together information, encouragement and practical guidance for people who may be unsure how to support their health.

Through its website, Krôčik vpred shares tips, motivational content and videos featuring conversations with physiotherapists, movement specialists and people with personal experience of multiple sclerosis. Topics include targeted exercise, movement, nutrition, treatment approaches and other methods that may help people manage their condition. The association also provides a gallery and information about its activities, while encouraging community connection and the sharing of useful resources.

Krôčik vpred welcomes support through financial donations, contributions from Slovak tax allocations and sharing its message.
