## Description

Kroonen AI is an independent AI lab building the Libre Stack: open tools, focused AI products, and original model research designed to give users greater control and avoid vendor lock-in. Its products support self-hosted, local, and hosted AI workflows. Libre WebUI is an open-source workspace for models, conversations, and ideas, with local models, no telemetry, and self-hosting. Libre Bot is a hosted service that turns documentation into a website assistant, using a business’s own content and voice. Libre Claw is an open-source agent runtime combining models, tools, and local memory, with permissioned tools and support for multiple providers. Libre Phone, available through early access, brings calls, texts, voicemail, and contacts together in a lightweight phone desk powered by the customer’s infrastructure.

Kroonen AI also works with teams on AI product development and infrastructure, model training, fine-tuning and evaluation, and safety and resilience testing. Its research includes Genesis 1B, a foundation model trained from scratch on two consumer GPUs.
