## Description

Krue is a support service being built for people living with chronic illness, helping them manage the many tasks and questions that arise between medical appointments. Founded by Grace, who draws on her own experience with POTS, Krue aims to make health management feel less overwhelming through practical, ongoing support from a real person.

Users can bring questions or challenges they are trying to understand. Krue helps identify credible information, useful resources, practical strategies, and next steps, then turns priorities into a simple plan. Plans may include researching options, preparing questions for a specialist, trying a new approach, or following up on referrals. A consistent support person checks in, helps users follow through, and adapts the plan as circumstances change.

Krue is currently piloting with a small group of people with chronic illness. The free pilot includes a kickoff conversation, two weeks of messaging and plan support with Grace, and a closing debrief.
