## Description

KSI Karate Nederland is a small, international dojo in The Hague dedicated to Kimura Shukokai Karate, a dynamic style combining technique, speed, power, timing and control. Its training aims to develop more than martial arts skills, encouraging discipline, confidence, mental resilience and personal growth in a respectful, supportive environment. Led by Sensei Carmen, a qualified KBN and KSI instructor with additional training in resilience and aggression regulation, the dojo emphasizes safe, responsible practice and individual development.

The programme includes karate classes for young people and adults, with sessions designed to build fitness, concentration, coordination and strength at each participant’s level. The dojo also offers corporate training, using karate as a way to explore personal leadership and lasting growth in the workplace. Beginners can try two introductory lessons, which must be used within two weeks. As part of Kimura Shukokai International, KSI Karate Nederland connects students with opportunities to attend seminars, examinations, competitions and events at national and international levels.
