Sessions last around 75 minutes, with several offered each day. Membership options are available for children, school pupils and students, and adults; members can attend daily training sessions. The gym is led by owner Sonja Jimerson, a former European and Swiss champion. Its team supports members as they learn the sport and progress in training.
