## Description

Kuća Legata (House of Legacies) is a cultural institution established by the City Assembly of Belgrade in 2004. Based at Knez Mihailova 46, it cares for artistic legacies and collections entrusted to the public, while respecting the wishes of their donors. Its work includes improving the legal and practical framework for legacies, safeguarding and preserving collections, presenting objects according to contemporary museological standards, and encouraging philanthropy through the acceptance of new bequests and gifts.

The institution introduces visitors to Serbian modern and avant-garde art through exhibitions, collection displays, and public activities. Its venues include the House of Legacies Gallery, the Petar Dobrović Gallery, and the Petar Lubarda Legacy, each with its own visiting hours. The program features exhibitions by individual artists and artistic groups, as well as updates and opportunities for gallery presentation. Visitors can also explore information about legacies associated with artists such as Olga Jevrić, Milenko Šerban, and Milena Jeftić Ničeva Kostić. Kuća Legata connects artists, collections, donors, and audiences while preserving cultural heritage for public access.
