Originating from Italy, our family settled in the eastern part of Venezuela near the town of Cumana, which inspired the name Kumana. With ripe chili peppers, bell peppers, parsley, garlic, yellow onions, sea salt, and black pepper, all combined with avocados, this sauce delivers a rich and incredible flavor experience.
