As a local branch of the Yee’s Hung Ga International Kung Fu Association, the school teaches a comprehensive system that develops physical fitness, self-defense skills, focus, discipline, and self-mastery. Classes are available for children, teens, and adults, with a curriculum that combines demanding physical training with study of the techniques and their practical purpose.
