We offer a range of programs and classes, including Chen Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Chinese Weapons, Hsing-I, Iron Hand, Mixed Martial Arts, Poison Fingers, Splashing Hands, Tui Na, and Xi Sui Kung. At our new location in Highland Park, Illinois, we now also offer Kung Fu in Virtual Reality, as well as a Kids Kung Fu program. Our classes are suitable for all ages and skill levels.
