# KuoR - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `kuor.net` ## Description Kuopion Ratsastajat ry (KuoR) is an established Finnish equestrian club founded in 1947 and now one of the country’s largest riding associations, with approximately 400 members. Based in Kuopio, the club welcomes riders interested in equestrian sport and offers opportunities to take part in competitions, training and community activities. Since 2025, KuoR has also been recognised as a Tähtiseura for children and young people. The club organises several club- and regional-level competitions each year in dressage and show jumping, alongside training sessions and events for members. Its home facilities are riding arenas in Sorsasalo, close to the local racetrack, where riders can compete in different disciplines.
