## Description

Kuraldışı Akademi is a Bireysel Gelişim Platform that organizes Individual Development workshops for individuals and organizations. They believe that "fate is not inevitable; our fate is actually our perspective on life, and by changing our perspective, we can change our fate." The concept of workshops originated in 1970s California, where alternative approaches to human nature rapidly emerged and spread worldwide. Inspired by this purpose, Nil Gün embarked on a journey of learning and participating in the formation of workshops. In 1989, she conducted Turkey's first workshop sessions together with Saim Koç, creating a comprehensive synthesis ranging from Gestalt to depth psychology. Workshop, in its original sense, is a collaborative work based on effective group participation, aiming for personal development. It is a process of uncovering the dormant potential within us by removing emotional and mental barriers. It is about returning to our essence and becoming our true selves. The tool is the awakened and empowered awareness. Awareness is the simultaneous understanding of something on a mental, emotional, and intuitive level. It is the flow of energy in these different dimensions of existence. Kuraldışı has been publishing since 1994 and consists of four specialized publishing houses: Kuraldışı Yayıncılık focuses on individual/personal development books that explain to individuals how they can change their "destiny". Ötesi Yayıncılık publishes books that serve spiritual development. Aykırı Yayıncılık focuses on research, examination, and history books. Hitkitap is focused on quality literature works. Kuraldışı TV and Kuraldışı Dergi aim to support you in your individual development journey. Kuraldışı Çocuk promotes the growth of healthy individuals through books, articles, and videos, while Kuraldışı Eğitim Vakfı aims to contribute to the whole.
