## Description

DEFSEC Technologies develops and commercializes next-generation tactical systems designed to improve operational effectiveness and survivability for military and public safety personnel working at the Tactical Edge. Its focus is the dismounted domain, supporting commanders, soldiers, operators, and first responders operating on foot or around vehicles. The company groups its offerings into digitization, counter-threat, and less-lethal solutions, drawing on engineering expertise and military experience to develop technology for frontline use.

Its military portfolio includes the Tactical Digital Fires System (TDFS), the Battlespace Laser Identification Sensor System (BLISS), and Phantom, a tactical multi-function electromagnetic spectrum operations system. DEFSEC also specializes in integrating digital information at the Tactical Edge and describes its solutions as TAK-integrated.

For public safety agencies, the company offers Lightning and Arwen less-lethal products, including Arwen launchers and munitions, as well as Para Shot and SimTak. DEFSEC provides product information, laboratory test results, pricing, and quote requests through its website. Headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the company serves organizations seeking technologies to support personnel, manage risk, and protect human lives.
