## Description

Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH) stands as one of Singapore's oldest charitable healthcare institutions, founded in 1910. Driven by a commitment to compassion and community service, KWSH continues to address the healthcare needs of the needy and elderly. With a legacy spanning over a century, KWSH offers a wide range of services, including comprehensive inpatient care, rehabilitation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine through its extensive network of facilities, which encompasses Singapore’s largest single-site nursing home at Serangoon Road and an additional nursing home at Potong Pasir.

The hospital also manages KWS Care Centres, providing accessible care and wellness activities for seniors, and a Community Training Institute that enhances the capabilities of community care workers. With over 800 trained staff members, KWSH is dedicated to delivering quality healthcare services while relying on public donations to maintain its charitable mission. KWSH not only cares for patients but also educates future generations, making it a cornerstone of healthcare in Singapore.
