## Description

Philosophische Praxis kybernetes is a philosophical practice in Basel led by Dr. phil. Hans-Peter Fleury. It helps individuals and businesses explore questions of meaning and consider how to put their values into practice. Topics include freedom, choice, responsibility, leadership, teams, personal and organisational goals, and ways of working. Through dialogue, clients clarify their concerns, examine possible solutions, and develop new insights together with Fleury. The practice treats participants as equal conversation partners and describes its work as shared philosophical inquiry, drawing on methods of philosophy and writings on the art of living. It presents reflection on life and work as a human need, not an illness, and distinguishes its approach from psychotherapy, NLP, coaching, and esoteric practices. Alongside personal and business offerings, kybernetes also shares its work publicly through events and written material. Its central idea is that a good life cannot be achieved through a ready-made formula; it takes thoughtful individual effort, which can support inner freedom, friendship, civic engagement, and responsible participation in public debate.
