## Description

Kyler Cares Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving health outcomes for people of color living with Type 1 diabetes. The organization works to empower individuals and families by helping expand access to diabetes technology, education, clinical care, practical resources, and community support.

Its website brings together information for people who are newly diagnosed and those navigating ongoing life with T1D. Resources explain diagnosis, diabetes terminology, technology, nutrition, screening, and camps.
