With the goal of fostering a safe environment and prioritizing the protection of women, their vision is to have decisions made with women in mind and for women to have a seat at the table.

They aim to challenge the default standard of men's sport and fight for equity in sport, tailoring it to different needs. Through their three principal pillars of education, advocacy, and support, Kyniska Advocacy strives to make a difference. They provide webinars, resources, and campaigns to educate, collaborate with parliamentarians and sports governing bodies to shape policies, and offer an athlete support service and platform to give women in sport a voice.
