## Description

Kyu Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial arts school established in 2020, serving families in South Windsor, Riverstone and The Ponds, as well as communities across the Hawkesbury and north-west Sydney. Its training is led by Kukkiwon-certified Korean masters with university degrees in taekwondo and international competition and teaching experience. The school follows the authentic World Taekwondo curriculum, with classes grouped by age and belt level to support beginners and experienced students alike.

Programs begin with Kyu’s Dragons for ages 4–6, building coordination, listening skills and confidence through age-appropriate activities. Children and teens can continue with Kids Taekwondo or develop agility and control through Extreme TKD, featuring tricking and acrobatic skills. Adults aged 15 and over can take taekwondo classes focused on fitness, stress relief and practical self-defence, or join kickboxing sessions designed as full-body workouts for all fitness levels. Classes are offered at three locations, with the full program based in South Windsor. New students can book two free trial classes with no obligation.
