Laboratorium Zmiany

Fundacja Laboratorium Zmiany is a brand that offers training, workshops, and meetings that support transformative processes in individuals, groups, and society. They are dedicated to empowering and strengthening young activists. They organize a two-day training retreat (with accommodation) for young activists and individuals who are already involved or starting to get involved in their local communities.

The workshops focus on building skills and qualities necessary for effective action and leadership. Participants have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and explore topics such as communication, community support, handling criticism, asserting oneself, self-worth, managing beliefs, self-care, social media presence, stress management, burnout prevention, and perfectionism. The retreat is free of charge, including accommodation, meals, and workshops.
