# La Cagliaritana - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lacagliaritana.com` ## Description La Cagliaritana is a brand dedicated to the traditional puff pastry snack associated with Cagliari, Sardinia. Presented as the original pizzetta sfoglia, it celebrates a local bar favourite with a distinctive name and identity. The small, round pastry has golden, flaky layers wrapped around a savoury tomato sauce seasoned with oregano. Its simple recipe uses soft wheat flour, lactose-free margarine, water, salt and tomato sauce; a plant-based pea-protein ingredient gives the pastry its golden finish. The brand describes the snack as artisanal, crumbly and suitable for vegans, with plant-based ingredients used in place of egg. La Cagliaritana shares information about the product’s preparation, ingredients and place in Cagliari’s food culture, while acknowledging that its precise origins are uncertain. The brand also invites bars to enquire about offering the pizzetta to their customers and provides information for prospective business partners. Operated by Appetithouse S.R.L., based in Selargius, the brand aims to keep this familiar Sardinian speciality available in the city’s bars and beyond. ## Industries - 🍔 Food and Drink - 🍔 Vegetarian and Vegan _(under Food and Drink)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/lacagliaritana.official) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/lacagliaritana_official) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idI2WHV-Us/w/648/h/235/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793126010747) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idI2WHV-Us/w/476/h/476/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793126011042) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Thunderbird | #be1622 | accent | | Science Blue | #0073ce | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | ## Fonts - Montserrat — asset _(google)_ - Nunito — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
