## Description

Ladybugs Academy is a preschool and child care provider serving families at three locations in Portland, Oregon. Founded by Angela Benson and co-owned by Corey Davis, the academy offers care and learning programs for children from six weeks through 12 years old, including infant, toddler, preschool, and before- and after-school care. Its curriculum uses play and individualized activities to develop academic, social, and practical skills, with a focus on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and self-expression. Children can also take part in music, art, dance, and yoga, along with outdoor play and physical activities. The academy serves home-cooked breakfasts and lunches at no extra cost, with snacks and dinner available in the after-school program. Families can choose full-time or part-time care, and the MLK Boulevard location offers evening care until 11 p.m. Safety measures include access controls, security cameras, and CPR-certified teachers. The Brightwheel app provides families with updates, photos, and videos.
