## Description

Cindy Grondin-Frison is a doula based in La Riche, near Tours in France, offering personalized support for pregnancy, the postnatal period and women’s wellbeing. Drawing on her personal experience of motherhood and six years of experience, Cindy helps women feel informed, heard and confident as they navigate significant life changes. Her support complements care from doctors, midwives and other health professionals; it does not replace medical advice or treatment.

Services include individual pregnancy and postnatal sessions, with space to discuss choices, prepare for birth and receive emotional support. Cindy also offers women’s wellbeing services, including prenatal, postnatal, intuitive and general wellbeing massages; Rebozo treatments, such as prenatal care, a pelvic-closing ritual and rites of passage; and women’s circles, offered freely or around themes, including Mama Blessings. Workshops are also part of her work.

Sessions are available in person at her treatment room in La Riche, by video call or at clients’ homes within approximately 20 kilometres of central Tours.
