## Description

The Los Angeles Firemen’s Relief Association (LAFRA) is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to supporting the families of firefighters in need. They offer a range of essential services, including financial assistance for medical expenses, long-term care, and vision care. LAFRA also provides valuable resources for estate planning, scholarships, and family support groups, ensuring that families of fallen or disabled firefighters receive ongoing support.

In addition to their welfare programs, LAFRA hosts community events, such as fundraisers and reunions, to foster camaraderie among members and the broader community. They actively promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention through educational initiatives. LAFRA's efforts are crucial, especially in times of crisis, as seen during the devastating wildfires that affected many firefighters and their homes. With a firm commitment to serving those who serve, LAFRA strives to be a beacon of support to its heroes and their families.
