## Description

Kraken en Bordée is a biennial music event held in Les Sables-d’Olonne, France, where the town’s maritime character meets two nights of live entertainment. The 2026 edition is scheduled for August 14 and 15, continuing the tradition of alternating with La Grande Bordée. Its programme features two distinct musical evenings: a celebration of the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, inviting audiences to sing along, dance and revisit favourite memories, followed by a rock night designed to bring energy to the port. The festival is organised by La Commune Libre de la Chaume, a French nonprofit association based in Les Sables-d’Olonne. Through its website, visitors can find programme details, purchase tickets and access practical information, including cashless payment information. The organisation also welcomes volunteers and invites potential partners to get involved. Kraken en Bordée brings residents and visitors together for a lively coastal celebration centred on music, dancing and shared experiences.
