The team also provides accommodation and tenancy assistance, including support with housing assessments, individual planning and moving into independent living. Participants can access help to find or maintain employment, pursue higher education, develop daily living skills, and navigate life stages, transitions and support arrangements. Lakefront Disability Service describes its staff as experienced and compassionate, and aims to provide individualised support that promotes wellbeing, inclusion and greater independence. Services are tailored to participants’ needs, with options for one-to-one assistance and shared living support. The organisation invites participants and families to book an assessment, ask questions and provide feedback, which it uses alongside staff performance reviews to monitor service delivery. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/LakefrontDisabilityServices) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idbR20ixO8/w/820/h/330/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792909637493) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idbR20ixO8/w/1254/h/1254/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792909638131) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tree Poppy | #f7941d | accent | | Tiber | #092c42 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - Verdana — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
