## Description

Lake Properties & Sports GmbH is a sports development and athlete-support company founded in April 2020 by Silvia Gerteis and Dr. Thomas Gerteis. Based in Schondorf am Ammersee, Germany, it focuses on helping talented golfers—women and men, amateurs and professionals, without national restrictions—pursue their sporting ambitions. The company provides financial support and individually tailored resources to athletes whose results and commitment stand out.

Its sports services include golf coaching, personalised training plans, athletic conditioning, yoga, physiotherapy and mental coaching. Lake Properties & Sports also coordinates tournaments and travel, helping golfers prepare for development pathways and competitive opportunities in Germany and internationally. These include amateur championships and college golf, as well as routes toward professional tours through qualifying schools and feeder tours.

Beyond training, the company assists with contract negotiations alongside legal experts, scheduling, communication with golf clubs and associations, and connections with college-golf agencies. It also manages payment processing and liquidity.
