## Description

Lakeside Pottery Studio, located in Rehoboth Beach, DE, is a premier ceramic art and pottery teaching facility. Established in 2001, the studio has since expanded its focus to include ceramic and sculpture repair, restoration, and conservation, as well as custom-made pottery and Kintsugi art. Run by the talented husband and wife team of Patty Storms and Morty Bachar, the studio combines their extensive experience in teaching, art, pottery, sculpting, engineering, and painting. With a love for art and a passion for helping others, they provide high-quality repair and restoration services for a wide range of materials, including pottery, ceramic, porcelain, stone, metal sculpture, and more. They offer different levels of repair depending on the client's needs and budget, ensuring sensible and considerate advice. In addition to their restoration work, Lakeside Pottery Studio also offers custom pottery and ceramic art services for art collectors, interior decorators, and landscape designers. Their work includes indoor and outdoor pieces, functional pottery, and portrait sculptures. They use various clays and glazes to create unique and personalized pieces. One of their specialties is Kintsugi art, which celebrates the beauty of damaged ceramic objects by embracing their imperfections. Lakeside Pottery Studio showcases a stunning collection of Kintsugi art in their online gallery, and they also accept custom-made orders. With their website serving as a valuable resource for ceramic artists and educators, Patty and Morty regularly share their knowledge and experiences through articles, lessons, and tutorials. They understand the importance of continuous learning and provide insights on pottery making, studio management, glaze recipes, and restoration techniques. In summary, Lakeside Pottery Studio is a dedicated and skilled team that combines artistry, craftsmanship, and education to provide exceptional ceramic and sculpture services. Whether it's repairing cherished heirlooms or creating custom-made pieces, they strive to exceed their clients' expectations with their expertise and care.
