International Land Coalition (ILC) is a global alliance of civil society and intergovernmental organizations committed to prioritizing people in land governance. With over 300 members, ILC's mission is to secure and protect the land rights of women, men, and communities, ensuring a more just, equitable, and sustainable world. ILC advances its mission through three strategic objectives: supporting national land coalitions in over 30 countries; facilitating the collection and use of people's data on land rights to hold governments and corporations accountable; and building political commitment to people-centered land governance through regional and global advocacy efforts.

ILC's work focuses on diverse tenure systems, effective actions against land grabbing, equal land rights for women, inclusive decision making, locally managed ecosystems, and secure tenure rights for Indigenous Peoples. They also advocate for strong small-scale farming systems, transparent and accessible information, and protected land rights defenders. By amplifying the voices of their members, especially women and youth, ILC is dedicated to creating a world where land governance is truly for and with the people
