# Landkulturverein Biesenbrow - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `landkulturverein-biesenbrow.de` ## Description LandKulturverein Biesenbrow “Die Erben von Kummerow” e. V. is a local cultural association dedicated to sharing the history, character and attractions of Biesenbrow, a village about 15 kilometres north of Angermünde in the Uckermark region of Germany. Its website serves as a guide for residents and visitors, with information about the village, accommodation, sights, archaeological discoveries, excursions, events and the association itself. Biesenbrow’s story spans evidence of prehistoric settlement, medieval origins and centuries of change in the borderlands between Pomerania and Brandenburg. The village retains historic buildings, including its church, rectory, manor house, distillery, former harvest workers’ barracks and old school. It is also associated with writer Ehm Welk, born here in 1884, whose Kummerow novels drew on his childhood and youth. The site highlights the area’s distinctive landscape in the Welsebruch and the Biesenbrow gold hoard, a collection of more than 200 Byzantine coins discovered during fieldwork. Through its information and event listings, the association promotes local heritage and helps people explore the village and its surroundings. ## Industries - ✈️ Travel and Tourism - ✈️ Tourist Attractions _(under Travel and Tourism)_ - 🎗 Community and Society ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/ide109KCFH/w/600/h/711/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790380104070) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Anzac | #d9ab3c | accent | | Astronaut Blue | #004059 | dark | | Alice Blue | #f1f8ff | light | ## Fonts - var(--bs-font-sans-serif) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--bs-font-sans-serif) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
