## Description

Landscheide is a Swiss residential and workplace community in Schönengrund for people with intellectual, physical or psychological disabilities. It provides an individual living environment and meaningful work, shaped around each person’s needs, abilities and opportunities for personal development. Residents are supported and encouraged by an interdisciplinary team of qualified professionals.

Its residential services include six shared living groups across three houses, with arrangements tailored to individual support needs and the aim of creating a place residents can call home. Work and daily activities include creative workshop programs using wood, ceramics, textiles and paper, as well as household tasks in the kitchen and domestic services. Landscheide also produces handcrafted items, including work from its wood and ceramics workshops, and presents products through an exhibition and seasonal sales.

The organisation shares news and insights into community life, creative projects, outings and group activities. Landscheide’s work brings together care, participation and practical opportunities, supporting people to develop and contribute in a welcoming environment.
