## Description

Lansang Jiu-Jitsu is a community-rooted academy in Carson, California, helping students of all ages build confidence, discipline, and strength through supportive instruction. The academy welcomes people from all backgrounds and experience levels, whether they are new to jiu-jitsu or aiming to compete. Prospective students can meet head coach Paul and try a session before joining.

Adult classes run Monday and Thursday evenings and Tuesday and Friday evenings, with instruction that includes women and supports each student’s individual pace. Children’s classes are offered Monday through Friday, with schedules provided to registered members and their families. Students may wear comfortable athletic clothing for a first class, and a loaner gi may be available. The academy also offers its own Lansang gi for purchase.

Strength and conditioning classes, led by Coach Panos, take place on Wednesdays and Fridays for participants aged 11 and up. These sessions develop strength, mobility, fitness, and movement, complementing jiu-jitsu training; they are free for academy students. Lansang Jiu-Jitsu also shares class updates, events, and promotions by email.
