## Description

La Paix by David Martin is a fine-dining restaurant at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels. Founded in 1892, it evolved from a celebrated Brussels brasserie into one of Belgium’s distinguished gastronomic destinations. Today, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant presents the culinary vision of chef David Martin, whose cuisine combines Japanese precision with French technique and a strong respect for exceptional ingredients. Recognised with a Gault&Millau score of 17.5/20 and named Chef of the Year in 2019, Martin creates dishes that balance tradition and innovation, technique and emotion.

The restaurant offers menus inspired by the chef’s travels, arranged as journeys through a progression of flavours, textures and stories. Guests can also book an exclusive chef’s table experience for groups of two to ten, featuring a specially curated menu in a secluded setting. For larger gatherings, La Paix provides a private dining room in the hotel’s historic salons, accommodating six to 24 guests. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, with lunch available on Fridays. The restaurant is located on Rue Royale in Brussels.
