Before closing permanently in August 2025, it offered a broad selection for adults and children, including fiction, travel, food and gastronomy, fashion, and other subjects. Its children’s section featured age-appropriate picture books and novels, while comics and graphic novels also had a prominent place. The shop additionally carried books in German, helping introduce French literature and culture to German-speaking readers. Beyond books, La Pause Française sold carefully selected stationery, including greeting cards, posters, and notebooks, along with puzzles, educational games, and creative activities for children and adults. Its grocery selection featured traditional French treats and specialties, such as Le Chocolat de Poche chocolate, La Sablésienne biscuits, Le Coq Toqué cider, and seasonal sweets. The bookshop also hosted events, including children’s readings and author appearances, and invited customers to enquire about orders or organizing events in the shop. ## Industries - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment _(under Arts and Entertainment)_ - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/la.pause.francaise.ffm) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/la.pause.francaise_ffm) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/francophone-francfort) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idEC9PWrjA/w/820/h/602/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792779982652) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idEC9PWrjA/w/739/h/739/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792779982783) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Key Lime Pie | #c1b520 | accent | | Surfie Green | #0f7181 | dark | | Malibu | #8ed1fc | light | ## Fonts - Daylove — asset _(custom)_ - ui-monospace — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
