## Description

LarKe is a Finnish fishing-lure brand whose handmade lures have been produced since 1985. The craft began with Lauri Pitkänen’s passion for salmon fishing, which led him and his team to develop lures for their own specialist needs. Today, LarKe offers several models, made from quality materials in Lauri’s own workshop. Product development continues in close collaboration with anglers.

Most LarKe lures are designed for salmon and trout fishing in flowing water. They can be used for both trolling from a rowing boat and casting, and their swimming action can be adjusted from a tight to a wide movement. The range has also expanded to include lures developed for inland waters, especially for pike-perch and pike. Lures are currently available by ordering directly from the maker.

LarKe highlights that Finland’s largest salmon caught with a lure in 2008 was landed on the Teno River using an Ansa 60 mm lure. The website also presents lure models, colour options, and a photo album.
