## Description

L’Arrosoir is a student-led association based in Pau, France, committed to supporting the ecological transition through practical projects, community activities, and education. Its work brings together gardening, sustainable food, and public learning, with an emphasis on participation and social connection. On a university campus, the association runs an experimental permaculture garden and creates features such as flower meadows and insect hotels to encourage biodiversity while exploring alternative ways to grow. To promote healthy, high-quality, locally sourced food, L’Arrosoir organizes weekly vegetable-basket distributions and activities such as disco soups. It also offers popular education initiatives that invite people to learn and reflect on ecological issues. These include podcasts, conferences, film screenings, events, a traveling library, and practical guides. The association depends on its volunteers and welcomes people who wish to take part in its projects. Through these initiatives, L’Arrosoir provides opportunities for students and the wider community to engage with ecological practices, sustainable eating, and shared learning.
