## Description

LaSala’s Dojo Combative Martial Arts is a family-owned and operated martial arts school in Fort Pierce, Florida, serving the Treasure Coast for more than 35 years. The school offers training for men, women, and children, with programs designed for people seeking fitness, self-defense skills, discipline, recreation, or competitive experience. Its instruction emphasizes traditional martial arts, self-control, and practical unarmed self-defense, alongside a Christian, non-denominational ministry focused on maturity, discipleship, and outreach.

Led by Grandmaster Fred LaSala and Master Stacey LaSala, the dojo draws on their decades of training, teaching, and competition experience. Fred is an eighth-degree black belt and seven-time world champion; Stacey is a sixth-degree black belt and three-time world champion. The school also has a competition team that participates in sport karate events. LaSala’s Dojo describes itself as a world-class training facility and has been voted Martial Arts School of the Year. Visitors can explore class schedules, view its gallery and videos, and contact the school to learn about programs and enrollment.
