## Description

LastLink is an early-stage service designed to help people prepare personal messages for delivery after their death. It lets users choose who should be notified, including family, old friends, colleagues, and others who might otherwise learn of their passing late or not at all. Messages can be written as letters or recorded as video or voice, with options for private delivery or public sharing according to the sender’s wishes.

To help prevent messages from being sent based on rumors, LastLink’s process requires two trusted people to confirm the user’s passing before anything is delivered. The service aims to give people greater control over how their final words reach the people they care about, addressing situations in which friends or relatives may not hear important news in time.

LastLink is currently in early testing and invites prospective users to join its early adopter program and provide feedback. The program is a test platform only: it does not deliver real messages.
