Las Vegas HEALS is a nonprofit, membership-based association that aims to improve access and the delivery of quality healthcare in Southern Nevada. With a mission to foster strategic alliances and collaborate on workforce issues, Las Vegas HEALS serves as a proactive force in advocating for legislative initiatives. Representing members who employ over 28,000 healthcare professionals, the organization brings together medical and wellness industry professionals, organizations, and institutions.

Through multiple task forces, councils, and committees, Las Vegas HEALS addresses various healthcare issues and opportunities. Guided by a Plan of Action developed by the Board of Directors, the organization advocates for the entire healthcare industry and strives to position Las Vegas as a globally recognized destination for health and wellness travel. Las Vegas HEALS values inclusion, education, collaboration, transparency, professionalism, idealism, and measurable outcomes.
