Latino Actuaries (OLA) is an organization dedicated to increasing the number of Latino Actuaries by promoting the profession and providing guidance, mentorship, and networking opportunities. OLA's mission is to create a supportive community for Latino professionals in the actuarial field. Founded by Adelaida Campos, Daniel Fernandez, Marcela Granados Lavoie, Regina Kintana, Carlos Orozco, and Alejandro Ortega, OLA strives to connect actuaries at all career stages, from early career professionals to seasoned experts.

Under the leadership of President Regina Kintana and the 2023 board, OLA offers various programs and services, including scholarships, job and internship opportunities, and resources for professional development. OLA also has a member portal, where members can access exclusive content and connect with fellow Latino actuaries.
