Welcome to LatinXInGaming (LXIG), a globally recognized brand in the gaming industry. We were honored to be named Global Gaming Citizen at The Game Awards and Most Charitable Gaming Organization by the *gameHERS Awards. Our mission is to connect and empower members of the Latinx community in gaming, promoting cultural appreciation and representation in games and content.

At LXIG, everyone is welcome to join us and celebrate diversity in all its forms within our industry. We offer various ways to get involved, such as joining our Discord server to connect with other Latinx members of the gaming community, participating in our Facebook group to share events and collaborate with colleagues, and staying up to date on Twitter for the latest updates and opportunities.

Our current goals include providing a centralized hub for Latinx gaming events, spotlighting content creators within the Latinx community, creating a large database of Latinx game developers and industry contacts, and fostering careers and mentorship through a professional network. We also strive to amplify voices through panels and speaking opportunities, ensuring our community takes center stage at gaming conferences and events.

At LXIG, we have an incredible team of passionate individuals, including our President and Co-founder Cristina Amaya, our Vice President and Co-founder Juan Vaca, Strategic Director and Co-founder Joe Tirado, Community Strategist and Co-founder Judith Barbosa, Developer Relations and Co-founder Elaine Gómez-Sanchez, LATAM Director and Co-founder Fernando Reyes Medina, Social Media/Community Manager Joseph Magallanes, Program Manager Diana Rodriguez, and Program Director Elijah Montoya. Together, we work tirelessly to create inclusive and exciting experiences for the Latinx gaming community.
