## Description

The Estonian Song and Dance Celebration Foundation (Eesti Laulu- ja Tantsupeo SA) supports and organises Estonia’s national song, dance and folk music celebrations. Based in Tallinn, the foundation provides information and practical guidance for performers, guests and supporters, helping ensembles prepare, register and take part. Its website covers event programmes, participation requirements, rehearsal and celebration schedules, dance repertoires, learning materials and important dates.

The foundation’s work extends beyond the festivals themselves. It shares news, press releases, photo galleries, videos and newsletters, and offers a support programme for eligible initiatives. Visitors can learn about the celebrations’ history, past events, awards and cultural foundations, as well as find information for media enquiries and public access to organisational information. The foundation also invites people to support the celebrations and contribute to their organisation.

Upcoming events include the 2028 “Olemise viis” Song and Dance Celebration, alongside a folk music celebration. The organisation’s activities help sustain Estonia’s shared traditions and bring performers and audiences together through large-scale cultural events.
