## Description

Allison C. Johs is the founder of Legal Ease Consulting, Inc., a company dedicated to helping lawyers and legal organizations succeed. Allison's own journey from a burned-out lawyer to a consultant in the legal industry has shaped how she assists her clients. She understands the challenges faced by lawyers in today's legal profession, such as the billable hour model, increased competition, and the pressure to work longer and harder. Allison started her company to prevent good lawyers from leaving the profession and to help them rediscover their passion and vision for law. With over 15 years of experience practicing law and working in small and mid-sized law firms, she knows firsthand the unique challenges lawyers face in managing and marketing their practices. Allison offers coaching and consulting services, speaking engagements, and has authored books and articles for lawyers. Through Legal Ease Consulting, Inc., Allison helps lawyers redefine their goals, devise strategies, and create systems for reaching success.
