## Description

Lazy Bones Games is an independent game studio based in Auckland, New Zealand, founded by two educators with a shared passion for game design. The small team creates games for the love of the craft, combining simple mechanics and satisfying feedback with deeper strategic choices. Its approach emphasizes a relaxed, collaborative process, with a stated commitment to working without crunch or stress.

The studio’s featured game, Dungeon Baller, reimagines pinball as a fast-paced roguelike RPG. Players launch heroic pinballs into physics-based battles, face bumper enemies, and choose paths through mystery doors as they work to reclaim their adventurer spirit and defeat bosses. The game features more than 200 items that change how pinballing plays, along with minigames inspired by slots, cards, and claw machines. A Tetris-style inventory system adds another layer of decision-making. Lazy Bones Games shares the title through Steam and offers community and promotional resources, including a Discord server, trailer, and press kit. The studio also maintains a presence on social media.
