## Description

Lazzarella is an Italian food and catering brand based in Erp, bringing live-prepared Italian cuisine to private celebrations, businesses and events. Its mobile kitchens and more than 20 pizza ovens serve gatherings ranging from 20 to over 2,000 guests. The menu includes Neapolitan pizzas, freshly prepared pasta, traditional antipasti, desserts and drinks, with chefs cooking on site to create a complete Italian dining experience. Lazzarella highlights its own Licoli sourdough and Neapolitan craft; its pizzeria is officially certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), and its pizzaiolos are trained to Neapolitan standards. Customers can book pizza catering, a mobile pizza baker or food truck, pasta catering, Italian buffets and event arrangements. The brand also offers pizza and pasta workshops, team activities and one-, two- and four-day pizza courses. Beyond catering and education, Lazzarella operates a pizzeria in Erp and sells Italian products, including pizza dough balls and bases, through its webshop. Across its services, the focus is on freshly prepared food, craftsmanship and shared enjoyment.
