# LBT Molds - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lbtmolds.com` ## Description LBT (Lead Bullet Technology) is a specialist brand known for products supporting cast-bullet shooting, developed over more than four decades by Veral Smith. The company formerly manufactured custom bullet molds and hardness testers, but its machine shop was destroyed by fire on December 24, 2022. The loss of its specialized equipment brought mold and tester production to a permanent halt. Following Veral Smith’s death in January 2025, the business continues to offer a limited range of products while sharing updates through its website. Available items include bullet lubricant, lapping compound and plates, a limited number of lapping kits, and push-through and throat-measuring slugs in various calibers; customers are advised to call to confirm slug availability. LBT also offers the third edition of Smith’s book, Jacketed Performance with Cast Bullets. The fourth edition was not completed. The company has said it is working on a new bullet lube and producing more fire-lapping compound, with availability to be announced. LBT’s site also provides product information and contact details for customer inquiries. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Hunting and Shooting _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idYxGtHg1h/w/820/h/232/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791246641513) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Valencia | #d74339 | accent | | Outer Space | #2a3035 | dark | | Athens Gray | #f9f9fb | light | ## Fonts - Libre Baskerville — asset _(google)_ - Libre Baskerville — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
