## Description

**Brand Description: Care for Life Association**

Founded in 1992, the Care for Life Association (CLA) is a pioneering organization in Taiwan dedicated to animal welfare and protection. Emerging in response to the inhumane practice known as "fish hooking," CLA has championed numerous initiatives aimed at raising awareness about animal rights and the importance of respecting all forms of life. With a steadfast mission of promoting equal treatment for all beings, CLA advocates for legislative reforms, provides education on animal welfare, and actively participates in rescuing animals from abuse and neglect.

The association's multifaceted approach includes conducting research to inform policy changes, promoting humane treatment through educational programs, and engaging in advocacy to improve animal rights. They focus on the welfare of wild, economic, companion, and laboratory animals, ensuring each is afforded dignity and humane treatment. Throughout its 30-plus years, CLA has successfully led campaigns for animal protection laws, organized public protests against animal cruelty, and created extensive educational resources aimed at fostering a culture of compassion and care for all life forms.
