Lean Construction Institute – Qatar (LCI-Q) is a brand that aims to transform the built environment. Additionally, LCI-Q conducts the Lean Construction Education Program (LCEP) in collaboration with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), providing Lean Construction training and the opportunity to obtain the Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean) in the Middle East. LCI-Q is dedicated to implementing Lean principles and practices throughout the construction industry to achieve improved productivity, efficiency, and collaboration.
