## Description

Learning Disability England is a membership organisation that brings together people with learning disabilities, their families, friends and paid supporters on an equal basis. Its purpose is to build a movement for change and create a world where people with learning disabilities can enjoy good lives, with equal choices and opportunities. The organisation also works with member organisations to strengthen shared voices and encourage collective action.

Learning Disability England offers resources, projects, events and training focused on improving lives and support. Its Good Lives Framework, refreshed for 2025, provides a resource that people can use to shape their work and speak up together. The organisation also shares the Gr8 Support Worker Guide, developed with contributions from more than 50 people. It brings together ideas, experiences, stories and practical tips on what effective support can look like. Through its news, webinars, conferences and policy work, Learning Disability England helps members connect, exchange knowledge and take action.
